EJ Kutchie is the owner and head chef of EJ's Catering. She is also the current executive chef at the CCI private cottage in Ishpeming, Michigan. EJ has a long history in the culinary arts. Both of her parents were chefs for Senator John F. Kennedy prior to him becoming president. EJ has taken many of her parents' famous recipes and made them her own. She has also traveled extensively experiencing fine cuisine worldwide and integrating these foods into her menu. EJ takes great pride in bringing this collective experience to her catering and to her clients. Using only the finest and freshest ingredients and preparing the meal with care and attention to every detail, Chef EJ wishes to give her clients the best dining experience she can provide.
